Sharil Goh Fadhil
Managing Partner and Co-founder of Lean Applied, Sharil

leadership. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean practitioner,
he has garnered the ability to spot genuine opportunities for
financial benefits. His experience transcends transactional and
manufacturing processes in various industries which include automotive,
manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunication and semiconductor.

Mohamad Hisham Hamdan
For more than ten years, hundreds has received training
from Mohamad Hisham in different settings. As a leader, a mentor,
and a trainer, Hisham strives to ensure the success of his supervised
apprentices. His commitment to execution is evident in his unending
continuous effort in reinventing personal skills used in diverse
industries; which includes electronics, semi-conductor, transactional,
manufacturing, oil and gas, engineering, and consultancy. Hisham
is a graduate of Kyoto Institute of Technology, with Bachelor
of Information Electronics Engineering and high distinctions in
his early education.
Some of the companies he had serviced prior to Lean Applied are
Toshiba and Petronas where he planned, designed, executed, and
organized multi successful projects which led to his teams to
million dollars savings at the organization. Hisham projects ranges
from 6 Sigma DMAIC, VACD (Value Added Cost Down) activities, to
reduction maintenance cost. His analytical talent has won the
management trust to spearhead nine major projects which was completed
in record time. Subsequently, Hisham was responsible in implementing
Six Sigma.
Muhammad Zamree Yusof
A holder of the esteemed Six Sigma Master Black Belt
and a graduate of University of Hartford in Engineering, Muhammad
Zamree Yusoff is an expert in the Continuous Improvement and Cost
Reduction processes. Prior to his position at Lean Applied, he
was the Continuous Improvement & Innovative manager at Goodyear
Tire (M) Berhad and Delphi Packard Electrics (M) Sdn. Bhd. His
vast experiences of more than 15 years in the manufacturing industries
were proven when he successfully helped his former employers achieved
remarkable cost reduction feats and high increases of productivities.
He credited these accomplishments to his unique coaching and training
approaches coupled with practical knowledge accumulated for many
years heading successful projects.
Badrul Hisham Mohammad Bibet
An alumnus of Drexel University, Philidelphia, USA Badrul
Hisham graduated “cum laude” in Bachelors Degree -
Chemical Engineering, . He has strings of achievements to his
name that is commendable to his reputation as a Master Black Belt,
Senior Consultant, and an original practitioner.
For several years, Badrul Hisham who obtained Master Black Belt
certification from Six Sigma Academy, USA had managed multiple
teams of Black Belts and completed projects that significantly
improve financial performance. His ingrained application of Six
Sigma methodology has helped increased company profitability,
reduce defects and delays by the process of training and consultation
of Six Sigma project to technicians, engineers, and management
to reduce hidden factory cost and increase product yield to meet
high quality and high performance requirement.
Mohd Syahmi Yazid
Syahmi came to Lean Applied with an honorable list of
accomplishments. Being a chemist-engineer with applied statistics
experience allows Syahmi to communicate with variety of audiences
on appropriate data collection and analysis methods. As a leader
in Six Sigma deployment change agent in a prestigious Oil and
Gas Company, he saved the organization over $7 Million during
the first year alone. Syahmi worked on process improvement projects
with high cost savings potential. In addition to applying statistical
tools – such as Gage R&R, Capability Analysis, and DOE
– to improve processes in his home plant, Syahmi trained
other Engineers in Six Sigma methodology and statistical analysis.
He worked closely with internal clients to improve processes,
heighten financial capabilities, and guide projects relating to
manufacturing operations. He has in time and again led his teams
to success in various committees affecting the organization as
a whole. Syahmi spoke at several conference including Six Sigma
IT in MDEC, ad K2B’s Six Sigma Oil and Gas Conference.
Azman Shah Mohamed Noor
A proven continuous improvement practitioner, Azman Shah
brings to the organizations he works with multiple skills which
contributed undeniable success to his efforts. For over seventeen
years, Azman Shah has train, manage, lead, facilitate, and contribute
to hundreds of individual knowledge growth and his abilities is
recognized by top management and clients alike. The commendable
talent of Azman Shah reflected in the awards given to him in various
projects that he handled.His consultant experience in aviation
industry starts with his involvement with General Electric, ,
Pratt & Whitney, Malaysia Airlines, and MTU Aero Engines where
he acquired various qualifications in Six Sigma Methodology, Lean,
and soft skills.
Larry R. Smith
Larry R. Smith “graduated” (retired) from
Ford in 2005 where he was quality coach of the Ford Motor Company's
Heritage team, a team charged with revitalizing the Ford Rouge
manufacturing complex. Larry's career emphasis has been in quality
engineering and product development. He was instrumental in initiating
a six sigma effort at Ford Motor Company and acted as deployment
champion for the Superduty Truck Platform, whose six sigma projects
saved $49 million in the first year of operation. He was also
champion of a volunteer Ford Environmental Idea Process Team,
focused on developing ideas related to design and manufacture
of vehicles whose use improves conditions for human beings and
the environment. Larry has held a variety of quality management
positions in his 27 years at Ford, primarily in Vehicle Operations,
North American Truck, Powertrain Operations, and Casting Operations.
